Scope of Services
Lactation support is provided by Tricia Kelly, RN, IBCLC. Services are offered within the scope of a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and are focused on education, guidance, and support for infant feeding. These services do not include medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace care from your physician, pediatrician, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Client Responsibility
Clients are encouraged to maintain ongoing care with their primary healthcare providers for both mother and baby. Any medical concerns should be directed to your physician or pediatric provider.

Emergency Care
If you or your baby are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

Payment & Insurance
Services are provided on a private-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service.
A superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Communication
Communication may occur via phone, text, or email for scheduling and general follow-up. While reasonable care is taken to protect your information, electronic communication may not be fully secure.

Privacy
Client privacy is respected and maintained in accordance with professional standards. Personal health information is handled with discretion and used only for the purpose of providing care.

Acknowledgment
By engaging in services, clients acknowledge understanding of the above information and agree to participate in care with appropriate medical follow-up as needed.
